Snow & Lush

Brrrr.... It's so cold out, better yet it is so cold in my apt!

So yeah another day with my heat out. my kids are dressed like they are going outside.
This is the time I wish I had a wood burning fire place. Oh yea.

Now to move on....
I came across a post on FB that well next week is Valentine's Day. Then that means my birthday is coming soon after :-( sad face cause that means I'm getting older. Well I'm just getting plain old lol.

Our snow time yesterday

So I have figured I am going to revamp my blog and blog about well everything I love. My life, great food, amazing crafts, and awesome photos. I have been trying to find myself these past few months.

After leaving a violent relationship while pregnant and having a 2year old I needed time to heal and move on. I have had my son and now I figured I wanted to find what I like and what I love and what I hate. Finding me is hard and well many redo's are being done hahaha.

LUSH...

1st thing I found is a company called Lush. Love, love, love this company. Amazing products that work. I find when I'm at Shoprite or A&P I get lost in the sea of products to clean my face or body. Everything seems like it might work for me or might help with my skin problems. WRONG every time. It is starting to break my pockets looking for that one thing that really works. Well I found Lush and I been happy and skin is feeling amazing!

Rock Star Soap

The 1st thing I got from them was Rock Star. Oh my it smells so good! Like a sweet vanilla mixed with something I can't put my finger on. Could be the coconut oil they put in. This doesn't dry my skin out. Now I have tried Dove and its nice but give it a week and it feels like its not working and my skin is getting dry again. With this 3weeks in and OH MY I want to take a shower just cause :-)

This made me take my time and go over what else they had. So many choices and the ones I liked were in store only. Sad face... till I see they opened a store right in Freehold! Yay!

They ladies at the store were amazing. I mean they had answers for all my questions ever the dumb ones were we both stopped and looked at each other like "did I just ask that" duh she just answered that question. Homer moment. hahaha.

I found a bath bomb and this oil bar. Well It's not called a oil bar it is a massage bar. However it has this oil in it that covers your skin. Great for this cold winter times. It reminds me of honey and looks like a honey comb almost. It's called Mange Too. Now only down side you have to place this on a soap dish outside the shower/tub. And heat makes them melt. Which I have no problems with now since my heat is out. Now there products are made by hand and in small batches which mean smells might be slightly different from bar to bar.

Now I haven't used the bath bomb yet. I hope to use it this week sometime if my son (7weeks old) lets me take a bath that last more then 6mins. :-)

Next thing I'm posting is for mothers, It's about teether necklaces I found That I cant wait to try out.
